I'm Emily. I have lived in the greater Saint Louis area my whole life. My family including my kids, my husband, and two dogs live in Fenton, MO. If you mention some place you want to take photos, I have either been there or heard about it. And if you need ideas on where we can go, I have got that covered.

I was a lucky girl because my photo training started with my parents who documented my whole life. Not the 10,000 picture my kids have but one album per year which is almost unheard of for the 70s and 80s. I have had a camera in my hand since grade school documenting everything and anything. My high school classmates would say I always had a camera with me...even at those embarrassing parties...yikes. I studied Photography at SLCC at Meramec and then again at Webster University.

I love taking photographs of any and all things. Before kids , it was nature, pets, and vacations. After kids......kids, pets, vacations, and then nature. See what happened there?

There is nothing more important to me than capturing your family the way it is now. Giving you those memories to hold in your hand is what make me happy. You will be glad that you got that imperfect family photo taken. Your kids look best when they are just being your kids. Your pets look better when they are just being your pets. The most important thing is just to document it. I feel that photos should be bright, colorful and as true to how you see them as when the image is captured. I want to help you get those photos for your wall or that album that your family can sit around and look at. I may act silly or goofy but I promise you'll see why when you see the images from your session.
